If you are not happy with your order, this Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines how we can help.
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product (different item or flavor than ordered).
You received a damaged or defective product.
The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.
🕒 Time Limit: You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened, used, or partially consumed honey jars.
Products without original packaging or tampered seals.
Promotional or free items received with purchases.
Items purchased during special clearance or discount sales.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or request you to send the item to our warehouse address.
After inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your request.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
In case of COD orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI, after confirmation of account details.
If you wish to exchange a product for another variant (e.g., Jamun Honey → Tulsi Honey), the following applies:
The returned item must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.
You may need to pay any price difference or additional shipping charges.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your product arrives damaged or leaked, please do the following immediately:
Take clear photos and/or videos of the damaged parcel before opening.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the details.
We will verify and arrange for a free replacement or refund, as applicable.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 3–5 business days.
