4. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- We accept major online payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets).
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment.
- In case of pricing errors or incorrect listings, Emrat reserves the right to cancel or modify the order after notifying the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on the location.
- Customers will receive tracking details via SMS/email once the product is shipped.
- Emrat is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or uncontrollable factors.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products (edible goods), returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
- Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund (as applicable).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
