  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for shipping, and you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.


3. Shipping Duration

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a few additional days.

  • International shipping is not currently available (coming soon).


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply, depending on the delivery location.

  • All applicable charges are shown during checkout before payment.


5. Delivery Partners

We have partnered with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Each order is packed securely to maintain product quality and freshness during transit.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier issues.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact our customer care team with your order ID.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping may be charged.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.


9. Change in Address

If you wish to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
